The Trustons HR Company was founded by two HR leaders who simply love the variety and challenges that arise from working with multiple small and medium businesses. 

We have experience in established businesses of 10,000+ employees and a lot of experience supporting newly established 2 person businesses.

Our industry experience spans from finance to not-for-profit to pet supply companies. So, whatever it is that you excel in, and wherever you are on your journey, we’ll be able to help!
